Pia Peplum Blouse : Green & White Palm Leaf

I took my perfect mini dress, and made it a blouse, flirty without being so fitted.

I want to appeal to my daughter’s age but not feel like I’m wearing something designed for my daughter.

I love the mandarin collar and the slight balloon sleeves that when unbuttoned all the way could be a great layering piece. The gentle elastic waist is great to cinch you in.
